Professionalism in the Workplace: Update on Harassment, Bullying and Social Media Conduct

Professionalism is the foundation of an effective and legally compliant workplace. Addressing unprofessional conduct that affects work, including harassment and bullying, is critical to the success of any organization. That remains true whether the conduct takes place within the four corners of the traditional office or entirely virtually.

This interactive workshop will aid attendees in taking practical steps to identify, understand, and address different types of unprofessional conduct at work. Topics will include:

  • Understanding the difference between inappropriate conduct, bullying, and unlawful harassment;
  • Exploring the expanding scope of the workplace; and
  • Best practices for addressing employee conduct on social media.

This small group workshop will give attendees an ample opportunity to ask questions, share experiences, and discuss common challenges and concerns in the workplace related to professionalism.
